The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media of Russia (Roskomnadzor) has blocked access to the news feed of 24.kg news agency. On Wednesday readers reported that they could not open the website from the territory of the Russian Federation.
It should be noted that last fall the editorial office received several letters from Roskomnadzor with a demand to remove some publications. All of them related to the digest about the events in Ukraine. 24.kg news agency refused to remove the texts because they did not violate the national legislation in force in Kyrgyzstan in any way.
The website of Roskomnadzor itself says that access to 24.kg news agency website page is restricted. But the readers report that not individual pages of the website were blocked, but the website completely.
