Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov met with the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Communist Party of China of Shandong Province Lin Wu. The press service of the Cabinet reported.
They discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation and expressed their readiness to take effective measures to implement the agreements reached during the state visit of the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov to China.
Akylbek Japarov noted the importance and progress of China — Kyrgyzstan — Uzbekistan railway construction project. He believes that this branch will be the shortest route to the world market and will provide new opportunities for countries. It will become a shorter and more profitable route and will change the structure of the Eurasian transport network.
He also expressed interest in increasing the supply of domestic products to Chinese market, in particular to Shandong province.
The parties discussed the development of cross-border and e-commerce, construction of logistics centers, bonded zones and industrial parks.
Secretary of the Party Committee of the Communist Party of China of Shandong Province Lin Wu noted the stable economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic and invited the head of the Cabinet of Ministers to pay a working visit to Shandong Province.
