A citizen of Pakistan turned to the police on August 8. The man told that his compatriot had invited him to Kyrgyzstan and promised to provide him with a work visa. The friend took $ 4,000 from him for this.
The 33-year-old citizen of Pakistan was detained as a suspect and placed in a temporary detention facility.
