It turned out during the investigation that the foreigner staged the crime. Investigators reclassified the criminal case to the article «Fraud» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The foreigner and his accomplice were taken into custody,» the sources said.
The police department of Sverdlovsky district of Bishkek confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency. According to the police, two Chinese citizens were detained — 40-year-old and 37-year-old men.
