Amendments have been made to the Decree on Ensuring the Right of Residents of Settlements of Issyk-Kul Region to Access Beach Areas dated May 13, 2022. The amendments were signed by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.
The decree was signed to ensure free access to the beach areas of Issyk-Kul lake.
The changes provide for free access to the beach areas of Issyk-Kul lake for all citizens, and not just residents of Issyk-Kul region.
The decree comes into force from the day of its official publication.
