The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan will create a unified database of leased state and municipal premises, buildings and land plots in healthcare organizations. The order was signed by the minister Gulnara Baatyrova.
The document notes that the heads of healthcare organizations at all levels, as well as the Healthcare Department of the Bishkek City Hall, were instructed to conduct an inventory of title documents to establish the condition of land plots and premises (leased, privatized, etc.), boundaries of land plots and enter data on the validity of lease agreements into the database.
Commission of the Ministry of Health on privatization, leasing of premises, land plots and decommissioning of vehicles, buildings, structures, equipment and other property related to fixed assets should consider the submitted materials and determine the guilt of the heads of healthcare organizations that allowed illegal leasing and privatization of healthcare facilities by December 1.
