A rally was held near the Customs Service in Bishkek. Lawyer Sherdor Abdykaparov told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, the protest was held by representatives of logistics companies that work in the textile sector. The participants assure that the state service lobbies the interests of only one firm.
«Customs clearance tariffs should be the same for everyone, everything should work in the interests of the state, and not in favor of one company. The law should work for everyone, not selectively. Some deputies even raised the issue of a company, for which the Customs Service makes concessions, in Parliament. The damage to the state from its activities reaches 500 million soms,» the rally participants said.
The participants turned to the President Sadyr Japarov and the head of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev with a request to pay attention to this issue.
