One of the managers of Chakan HPP OJSC was detained while taking 150,000 soms as a kickback. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to the state committee, the man systematically demanded from private entrepreneurs 10 percent of the amount of the concluded contract.
In case of refusal, the official threatened to delay the payment of money to private companies for the work performed.
