Dean of the Medical Faculty of Jalal-Abad State University made fake diplomas for foreigners. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
«It has been found out that J.M.B. in 2017-2018, while holding the position of dean of the Medical Faculty of Jalal-Abad State University, made fake diplomas of graduation from the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy for $12,000 for two citizens of Iraq,» the statement says.
The case was initiated under article 209 (fraud using official position) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. People involved in the manufacture of fake diplomas are being identified. The investigation is ongoing.
