Investigators of the State Service on Drug Control revealed a channel for the supply of cocaine from Germany to Kyrgyzstan. The drugs were transported in transit through Turkey. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.
«36-year-old T.V. was detained at Manas International Airport with the assistance of the Border Service on February 10. Examination of his stomach revealed drugs wrapped in latex finger gloves. 50 cocaine-filled capsules with a total weight of 300 grams were seized. According to the detainee, he bought the drugs in Germany,» the statement says.
The ministry noted that the batch of cocaine of such a volume is seized in Kyrgyzstan for the first time. The price per gram of the drug varies from $500 to $2,000 on the black market. The investigation is ongoing. All those involved in the supply of drugs are being identified.
