Smuggled goods were confiscated in Kadamdzhai district of Kyrgyzstan. Press center of the State Committee for National Security reported.
The security service conducted searches at 20 addresses belonging to people involved in the illegal import and export of inventory items to and from neighboring countries.
«During the search, 4,377 TV sets, 3,162 mobile phones, 308 boxes of cigarettes, 265 tires, 2.5 tons of copper, and other consumer goods were seized. The cost of these goods is about $1 million,» the state committee reported.
