A man is suspected of raping a 14-year-old girl in Talas region. The mother of the victim told 24.kg news agency.
According to the woman, this happened in 2020, when she left for Russia to work.
«My relative somehow got custody of my daughter. She says that I beat my daughter, but that’s not true. My husband took the children and left for Zhaiyl district, where it turned out that the girl had been raped. I suspect that my own brother, who lives with the relative, also raped my daughter,» she said.
According to the woman, she filed a statement to the police that she wants to return the children. But law enforcement officers did not help her in this.
«I filed a statement that I want to return the children, I paid the travel expenses for the police officers. They helped to take only four children, except for my 14-year-old daughter. I was once prosecuted, and my relatives and law enforcement officers blackmail me,» the woman explained.
