Budget expenditures on healthcare institutions amounted to 22,635.1 billion soms in 2022. The Ministry of Finance provided such data.
Compared to 2021, the amount increased by 3,382 billion soms.
Of this amount, 19.2 billion were transferred to the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund and 3.3 billion — to institutions of the Ministry of Health.
Including 980.1 million soms were spent on salaries and contributions to the Social Fund, 300 million soms -on the provision of hemodialysis services, and 1,032.8 billion — on the purchase of medicines. In addition, funds were allocated for the purchase of food (38.4 million soms), payment of utility bills (53.6 million), one-time compensation payments to medical workers infected and died of coronavirus infection (14.5 million), and compensation payments to health care workers working in outbreak areas (24.1 million).
