Deputy Iskhak Masaliev proposed to dismiss two ministers at a meeting of Parliament.
According to him, the heads of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Boobek Azhikeev and the Ministry of Ecology Dinara Kutmanova cannot cope with the smog problem.
«Dear colleagues, given the environmental situation in Bishkek, we must submit to the President a proposal to dismiss the Minister of Ecology Dinara Kutmanova, as well as the Minister of Emergency Situations Boobek Azhikeev. If they do not cope with their duties, let them vacate their positions. The Parliament has the right to do it. It is necessary to make such a proposal to Sadyr Japarov. Or should someone die first?» Iskhak Masaliev said.
