A helicopter crashed in Brovary city in Ukraine. The Ukrainian media report.
Oleksiy Kuleba, the head of the Kyiv OVA, said that the helicopter crashed near a kindergarten and a residential building in Brovary, Kyiv region, victims were reported.
RIA Novosti reports that the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky, his first deputy Yevgeny Yenin and the State Secretary Yuriy Lubkovich were killed in the crash.
According to the news agency, the death toll reached 16 people, including two children. Nine killed were on board.
