On January 12, 2023, electricity consumption in the energy system of Kyrgyzstan reached its maximum level — 73.8 million kilowatt-hours. National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan JSC reported.
The previous record for winter electricity consumption was 73 million kilowatt-hours on January 6, 2021.
Earlier, the National Energy Holding reported that the energy system of Kyrgyzstan was operating at the limit of its capabilities.
