Kamchybek Tashiev instructs to write book about servicemen killed in Batken

The Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan instructed to publish a book about the servicemen who were killed during the armed conflict at the Kyrgyz-Tajik border. Press center of the state committee reported.

Kamchybek Tashiev held a meeting and instructed to hold events to perpetuate the memory of the soldiers who died at the border in Batken region.

In order to strengthen patriotism, especially of the younger generation, and respect for the dead, the head of the State Committee for National Security proposed to conduct direct work at the sites of clashes, talk with colleagues and commanders who participated in the battles.

The book will be handed over to all schools and universities in the country. Kamchybek Tashiev believes that it can be included in the curriculum.

It is noted that sale of the book should not pursue commercial purposes.

According to the initiator, the work should be completed by August 31, presentation of the book will take place in a solemn atmosphere.
