Akylbek Japarov, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, asks the President to dismiss the head of Sokuluk district and reprimand the presidential envoy to Chui region. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
Akylbek Japarov held a meeting on the state of livestock markets in the regions of the country via a videoconference and recommended to dismiss the head of Sokuluk district.
At the online meeting, the head of the Cabinet criticized the work of the presidential envoy to Chui region, noting the unsatisfactory state of the livestock market.
«This morning I visited the cattle market in Sokuluk district, where elementary conditions are not created for both sellers and buyers. I submit a proposal to the head of state on the dismissal of the district’s head Kurbanbek Aitibaev, as well as on reprimanding Nuril Alymbaev, the presidential envoy to Chui region,» he said.
Akylbek Japarov also added that a year had passed since the moment when all the cattle markets had to be put in order.
Further, each presidential envoy to the regions reported on the work done in the framework of putting the cattle markets in order.
«Take your rubber boots and go round the cattle markets on the weekends. More than half of the inhabitants of the republic are engaged in animal husbandry. Create comfortable conditions for them. Take action and show the results to people so that everyone knows how you work,» the head of the Cabinet emphasized.
Then he was shown the progress of work to restore order in the cattle market in Sokuluk district, where a gravel-sand mixture was laid and the ground was being leveled.
«This work should have been done last year. It was only necessary to take control of the issue. That’s not how things will work. This is the last warning for the presidential envoy to the region,» Akylbek Japarov concluded.
