Bolot Temirov is the only one of 32 people expelled from Kyrgyzstan over the past two years at the expense of the state budget. Deputy of the Parliament Dastan Bekeshev announced on his Telegram channel.
Response to the deputy’s request, signed by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Nurbek Abdiev, states that the journalist was expelled from the republic at the expense of the republican budget on November 23 at 8 p.m. on Bishkek — Moscow flight of Avia Traffic Company. It is reported that 13 foreigners were deported from the country this year, and 19 — in 2021. All of them were deported at their own expense.
Earlier, the Sverdlovsky District Court acquitted Bolot Temirov on two counts. The case was dismissed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations on two more counts, including on a fake passport. The court did not apply punishment to him.
At the same time, a number of lawyers proved that the expulsion of Bolot Temirov took place with gross violations of laws and the Constitution.
