The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan is preparing a resolution to take a number of measures to address the shortage of kindergartens. The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Bakyt Torobaev said at a meeting of Parliament.
According to him, 758,000 children in the country do not go to kindergartens.
«We provide only 24 percent of children with preschool institutions. We are preparing a resolution. If someone wants to build a kindergarten, we will allocate land, connect communications and consider the possibility of issuing a loan at a low interest rate,» Bakyt Torobaev said.
