An earthquake with a magnitude of about 5.5 occurred on the territory of China, near the Kyrgyz-Chinese border. The Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
According to it, tremors were registered at 1.58 a.m.
Intensity of the earthquake in the settlements of Kyrgyzstan reached magnitude 4.5 in Irkeshtam, Nura villages, magnitude 4 — in the village of Kan-Korgon, and 3 — in Kolduk village.
