Identification by fingerprint in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan showed that the detainee was 41-year-old Manasbaev Bulat Salimzhanovich.
The native of Jalal-Abad region was wanted by the Internal Affairs Department of Sverdlovsky district of Bishkek for committing a crime under article 166 «Fraud on an especially large scale» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic in the old version,» the statement says.
