Doskul Bekmurzaev has been relieved of his post as the Minister of Energy of Kyrgyzstan. The corresponding decree was signed by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.
Earlier, by order of the head of state, the official was temporarily suspended from office for the period of investigation.
The Prosecutor General’s Office reported on two criminal cases initiated against the Energy Minister Doskul Bekmurzaev. One of them concerns sending of employees, who were not specialists in the relevant industry, on business trips abroad at the expense of the budget. The second was initiated due to the renovation of Teplye Klyuchi health complex.
