An extraordinary meeting was held on September 30, 2022. It was decided to remove Kubanychbek Turdukozhoev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC, from the Board and relieve him of his duties. He submitted a voluntary letter of resignation.
The new Board of the state-owned company was elected a month ago.
