Sakura will be planted in Victory Park named after Dair Asanov on September 3. The Embassy of Japan in Kyrgyzstan reported.
The event will be held as part of the month of Japanese culture timed to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The main event will be the Japan Day concert with the participation of Tsai group of drummers and the Shamisen performers from Japan, as well as the Bishkek Ooedodaiko group, which will be held on September 17 at the Philharmonic Hall.
