Part of the staff of the Russian Drama Theater named after Chingiz Aitmatov sent an appeal to the Minister of Culture Azamat Zhamankulov with a request to dismiss its director Yevgeny Kuznetsov.
According to them, he turned the theater into a lagging theater and entertainment enterprise.
Artists and employees complained to the official that the theater building was falling apart inside and out, there are unsanitary conditions in the hall, there is no one to clean, because the cleaners were laid off.
The authors of the appeal also said that Yevgeny Kuznetsov hired the former director of the theater Alexander Kulinsky, who does not have the appropriate education, as a lawyer. They ask the head of the Ministry of Culture to carry out an inspection and appoint a new management.
Artists are also not satisfied with the salary level, they complained that it is very small.
