«The war of sanctions is of great concern to us,» the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov said at the meeting of the CSTO in Moscow.
According to him, the Kyrgyz economy has not yet recovered from the coronavirus pandemic and the sanctions situation causes threats to food and energy security, macroeconomic and social stability.
«Under these conditions, there is a need to discuss and develop common approaches to mitigate the consequences of the sanctions and prevent deterioration of socio-economic conditions in our countries. Such an opportunity will soon be provided in Bishkek during the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and the first Eurasian Economic Forum,» the head of state said.
