Foreign citizens engaged in illegal employment of citizens abroad have been identified in Bishkek. Press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Pervomaisky district reported.
The police detained two citizens of Uzbekistan, one of whom is the director of Lastochka LLC. According to the investigation, they forged visas and employed Kyrgyzstanis in Canada without a license.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 «Fraud» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspects were released under the written pledge not to leave country.
