Domestic company TS Group will construct a new building of the Presidential Office of Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the head of state reported.
An additional commission assessment (examination) of the land provided in exchange for the construction of a new building with an area of 16 hectares is currently being carried out.
«If the cost of 16 hectares of land exceeds the actual cost of the completed administrative building, then the construction company will provide additional services for the construction of other necessary facilities. It should be noted that a modern multifunctional complex with a developed infrastructure, integrated into the existing layout of the city, will be built on this site,» the statement says.
