In connection with the opening of land border with Kazakhstan, the Republican Headquarters for prevention of entry and further spread of coronavirus infection presented a list of rules.
When crossing the state border on international flights and by vehicles through automobile checkpoints, citizens of Kyrgyzstan, foreigners and stateless persons must present a negative PCR test result (valid for the last 72 hours) or a certificate of a full course of vaccination. Citizens of the EAEU member states can use the mobile application Travel without COVID-19 for the digital version of the documents.
Wearing a mask and using antiseptics is mandatory on board the aircraft, only passengers without clinical manifestations of COVID-19 are allowed on it. In case when the PCR test expires (72 hours) for objective reasons, passengers are required to undergo express testing.
Children under 12 do not need a negative PCR test or a full vaccination certificate.
Before leaving for foreign countries, citizens are urged to find out the current rules in a foreign country.
