The Tokmak City Court considers a criminal case against a man suspected of raping a minor girl. Lawyer Esenia Ramazanova told 24.kg news agency.
According to her, the girl was only nine years old at the time of the rape. During the investigation, the accused first fully admitted his guilt, but later retracted his testimony.
«The accused was the girl’s neighbor. She lived with her aunt, who is her guardian. On the night when it happened, the girl went outside to the toilet, at that moment the man pulled her into the car, which was parked in the yard. In the back seat, he began to threaten to kill her if she told something to her relatives, and raped. After a while, the man said the girl to go to the toilet and pretend that she was there. Coming out of the car, the girl burst into tears, ran into the house and told her aunt everything. The man was detained,» Esenia Ramazanova said.
The lawyer noted that the psychological and psychiatric examination showed that the girl does not lie.
