«According to the strategy of the World Health Organization, 70 percent of the total population should be vaccinated by July to create herd immunity in the republic. We are working on it,» she said.
The highest coverage with the second dose of the vaccine — 69 percent — is registered in Talas region, 65 percent — in Issyk-Kul and Osh regions. At least 64 percent are vaccinated in Naryn region, 60 percent — in Osh and 45 percent — in Batken region.
