Tengiz Bolturuk was dismissed on the basis of the submitted letter of resignation.
By another decision of the head of the Cabinet, the Heritage of Great Nomads Holding Company, headed by Tengiz Bolturuk, was appointed as the external manager at Kumtor. That is, he remains the de facto head of Kumtor Gold Company, which is completing negotiations on amicable settlement of disputes with the Canadian investor.
One of the main goals of Heritage of Great Nomads Holding is to create a large integrated structure that can maximize the concentration of available state resources for the implementation of projects in the field of subsoil use and related sectors of the economy using international experience.
