The outflow of capital from the country continues. An economic expert Azamat Akeneev stated at the business lunch «Investment climate in Kyrgyzstan».
He noted that when talking about investment performance in 2021, it is wrong to compare it with 2020.
«2020 was very difficult, lockdown and restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic. Therefore, speaking of growth, it is necessary to compare it with 2019 and 2018,» Azamat Akeneev said.
According to him, the outflow of capital from the republic has not decreased over the past 10 years.
«We continue to lose capital,» the expert added.
