A migrant from Kyrgyzstan escaped from the police through the window of a hospital in Balashikha. According to Russian media, he was handcuffed.
The citizen of Kyrgyzstan was on the federal wanted list at the request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
The 29-year-old Akmalzhan Gapurzhanov was brought to the hospital for a medical examination, after which he was to be taken to a pre-trial detention center. Before leaving, the migrant asked to go to the toilet, and the police let him go, believing that he would not run away in handcuffs. However, the detainee climbed out the window and disappeared.
The police of Moscow Oblast put Akmalzhan Gapurzhanov on the wanted list again.
