According to forecasts, heavy precipitations are expected in most parts of the country on February 7 and February 8.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan, avalanches, snow drifts, ice and snow are expected in the mountainous areas, on Bishkek — Osh road, on Too-Ashuu, Ala-Bel passes, in Chychkan gorge, as well as on Ala-Buka — Kanysh-Kyia, Krasnaya Gorka — Ak-Tash roads.
Drivers are urged to keep at least 500 meters distance between vehicles when driving through avalanche-prone areas.
