Zhanysh Rustenbekov was appointed an Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Tajikistan in December 2018. In May last year, the relevant committee of the Parliament passed a no-confidence motion against him. But despite this, the diplomat was not recalled.
