Two employees of At-Bashi rural administration and the head of Avangard-Stroi construction company were detained in Naryn. Press center of State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The detainees were taken to the pretrial detention center of the Internal Affairs Department of Naryn.
«At least 20,607,669 soms were transferred to the account of Avangard-Stroi in the interests of third parties without any documents on the completion of construction work. According to the conclusion of state authorities, the state suffered damage of more than 13 million soms,» the state committee noted.
