The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan participated in the opening ceremony of a testing laboratory for the preparation and assaying of geological samples of the platinum group of elements organized by Stewart Assay and Environmental Laboratories LLC within his working visit to Chui region. According to its data, Akylbek Japarov, chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, noted that activity of the laboratory will allow to provide high quality services in the field of geochemical analysis, creation of new jobs and contributing to economic development of Kara-Balta — one of the leading industrial centers of the country.

According to the head of the Cabinet, the country attaches importance to the development of relations of friendship and cooperation with Finland, which has a robust economy and an advanced educational system.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, Stewart Assay and Environmental Laboratories is an independent analytical laboratory in the market of providing geochemical services. Its main areas of focus are technical testing and geochemical analysis, sample analysis, and metallurgical testing.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the company’s founders are Oktyabrin Sadyrov and Vladimir Shudro. Its main area of activity is «technical tests and control».
In 2017, Oktyabrin Sadyrov was awarded Finland’s highest award, the Order of the White Rose, for his significant contribution to strengthening cooperation and developing relations between the peoples of Finland and Kyrgyzstan. The decree on awarding the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic was signed by the President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinisto on March 23, 2017.
The Order of the White Rose is considered as the highest state award of Finland. It is usually awarded to citizens of Finland and very rarely — to foreigners for special merits. The former Lithuanian president Algirdas Brazauskas (2000), ex-president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev (2009) are among the awardees.
