Director of a market in Karakol city was fined 200,000 soms for systematic violation of fire safety. Press service of the State Inspectorate for Technical and Environmental Safety reported.
It is noted that four containers completely burned down on the market in Karakol city on December 8. In the summer, shopping areas were checked for compliance with fire, energy and environmental safety requirements. An act and an instruction about elimination of infringements was drawn up. The market director was fined 50,000 soms for systematic violations of fire safety rules.
However, the next check showed that he did not correct the violations. The materials were sent to the Karakol City Court, which fined him 200,000 soms. Market management appealed the ruling in the regional court. Currently, the case is pending.
