The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan acquired 5,604,844 common inscribed shares of the Russian Investment Bank OJSC. Website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange says.
It is noted that it is a total of 71.65 percent of the authorized capital of the bank. Earlier it became known that there were changes in the number of shareholders of Rosinbank. So, in July 2018, one of the shareholders Evgeny Nemerinsky sold 569,573 common inscribed shares of the bank (7,2819 percent of the authorized capital) to Alexander Kim.
Another bank shareholder, Dmitry Shcherbakov, bought 397,864 shares (5,0866 percent of the authorized capital) from Alisa Oleinikova. Now he has 714,085 inscribed shares, or 9,1295 percent of the authorized capital of the bank.
