Border guards receive new apartments in Ala-Buka

A ceremony of handing of the keys to apartments to the border guards took place in Ala-Buka village of Jalal-Abad region. The Public Relations and Media Department of the State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The three-story 24-apartment house was built on the territory of military unit 2030. The object was constructed at the expense of the funds provided by the Russian Federation in the framework of Kyrgyzstan’s integration into the Eurasian Economic Union.

The estimated cost of the building was 53,652,000 soms. Construction started in April 2017.

A separate boiler house has been built for the house as well as a playground for children.

«The new housing of the border guards are modern apartments with all amenities. Construction of the border infrastructure will be continued, as well as the provision of our servicemen, fulfilling tasks to protect the state border of Kyrgyzstan, with housing,» said Colonel, Deputy Chairman of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Daniyar Satimov.
