A new stage of housing financing called «Shared-Equity Construction» will start in the near future. Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Mortgage Company Amantur Omurov told reporters.
According to him, this mechanism will be available to all categories of citizens. Migrants will also be able to use it.
Construction of mortgage houses will begin in 2024 in all regions of the country with the allocation of land plots and designing.
Funds for 2024 will come from various sources, including 2 billion soms from the republican budget. In addition, the German Development Bank (KFW) will provide €4.9 million euros, the Saudi Fund for Development — $100 million and the Islamic Development Bank — $79 million.
