Electricity tariffs will not be raised in 2018 in Kyrgyzstan. Nurbek Murashev, head of the State Agency for Regulation of the Fuel and Energy Complex announced today at a meeting of SDPK parliamentary faction.
According to him, the medium-term tariff policy for 2019-2023 is being developed now. It provides for an increase in the tariffs.
«It was decided to consider the tariff policy later because of the breakdown at the Bishkek Heating and Power Plant,» Nurbek Murashev told.
