About 80 percent of the total number of robberies are committed by internal migrants in Kyrgyzstan. The head of the 1st Department of the Criminal Police Service Marlis Dzhumabaev told during a round table discussion.
According to him, 200 robberies have been committed in the country since the beginning of 2018, most of them have been solved.
«The main part of crimes is committed by internal migrants. They commit property crimes: thefts, burglaries and robberies. They take such a step, because they do not have registration, they stay with their relatives or acquaintances without money. There are previously convicted among the offenders,» said Marlis Dzhumabaev.
