The first anti-terrorist exercises «Safety of tourists» were held on the territory of Kyrgyzskoye Vzmorye sanatorium in Issyk-Kul region. The exercises were a complete surprise for the employees of the sanatorium. The press service of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC reported.
According to it, the leaders of all the security forces of Issyk-Kul region, employees of Kyrgyzaltyn Security Department, sanatorium security staff and its employees participated in the exercises. The purpose of the event is to stop and prevent the consequences of possible terrorist acts in places of mass stay of people and ensure their safe rest.
«It’s extremely important to hold such events, because the safety of holidaymakers is in the first place. In order to ensure it, one needs to know how to act in such situations. As practice has shown, there are drawbacks on which we need to work seriously, as well as to conduct thorough training of personnel for such emergency situations,» said Rafik Mambetaliev, the head of Kyrgyzaltyn Security Department.
