A foreign citizen was detained in Kara-Balta on suspicion of murder. The Internal Affairs Department for Chui region reported.
At the end of February 2018, body of an Asian man was found on one of the town’s streets.
«The investigation team found out that the victim had injury on the head. Later, the policemen established the identity of the deceased. It was 30-year-old local resident. A criminal case was initiated under the article «Deliberate infliction of serious harm to health,» the police told.
Employees of the Department of Internal Affairs for Zhayilsky district detained a 30-year-old foreigner on suspicion of committing the crime. All the circumstances of the incident are being found out. The detainee was placed in the pretrial detention center.
