Catharanthus, Dalia, petunia, aster on flower beds to delight Bishkek residents

Municipal enterprise Bishkekzelenkhoz plans to plant 1,200 million annual flowers in late April. Press service of the Bishkek City Administration reported.

In the beginning of February, annual flowers of more than 20 species and 30 varieties: salvia, catharanthus, coleus, tagetes, dalia, petunia, lobularia, aster, verbena, cineraria and ageratum were sown in the greenhouses.

The total area of ​​flower beds of annual flowers in Bishkek is 2.8 hectares, rosariums — 3.7 hectares.
