Brother of new president of Kyrgyzstan may become ambassador to Ukraine

Zhusupbek Sharipov claims to the post of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Ukraine. The Parliamentary Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security approved his candidacy for this post.

Zhusupbek Sharipov until recently was the Ambassador to Saudi Arabia.

The brother of the new president of the country graduated from the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute (1978) with a degree in civil engineering and the Saratov Higher Party School (1990). He is 62 years old.

The rank of the ambassador was conferred to him in 2008.
