According to it, the fasting will begin on the night of May 27 (from 3.16).
The holy month of Ramadan is the time of the fasting obligatory for Muslims — Orozo, which is one of the five pillars of faith (the pillars of Islam).
During fasting, Muslims refrain from eating, drinking water and intimacy during the day. The length of the orozo is 29–30 days, depending on the duration of the lunar month. Fasting begins at dawn and ends with sunset.
